Technical Manager

•Analyze, suggest improvements and prepare reports on the best available technology not entailing excessive cost (BATNEEC)

•Evaluate operational performance and integrity of plant and equipment and provide recommendations

•Lead energy studies targeting the improvement of our clients overall utilities efficiency

•Monitoring of maintenance activities and suggesting improvements

•Manage the asset management team

•Bring innovative solutions to improve the overall performance of our operations teams though better use of the asset management system

•Preparation or review of technical reports for clients

•Implementation and certification of existing buildings under any relevant green building certification tools

•Definition and implementation to FM consultancy strategies

•Analyze design and prepare reports based on total life cycle cost

•Liaise with operations managers for technical support of their activities

•Audit & control of KPI and SLA related to contractual obligations (operational and energy management)

•Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent qualifications and experience

•Professional or Chartered status an advantage

•Experience in Energy Management

•Strong knowledge on the principals of the energy consuming systems in a building (i.e. HVAC, lighting, vertical transport)

•Ability to interpret design and comment suitability

•Clear understanding of engineering practices in the FM environment, preferably as an outsourced service provider
