Meter Maintenance Supervisor - Qatar District Cooling Company

Job Description



•To monitor and maintain the Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) system on daily basis.

•To handle and follow-up issues with the Software and System providers.

•To file work related data for quick retrieval: work orders, log sheets, inspection reports, etc.

•To prepare daily, historical, statistical, management and adhoc reports.

•To prepare submittals, and Operation & maintenance manuals.

•To lead the technician teams and also supervise the preventive and corrective meter maintenance work.

•To prepare the meter maintenance schedules and allocate the work accordingly.

•Able to technically inspect the Chilled water Meters installation.

•To supervise spares parts utilization & replenishment.

•To participate in coordination of maintenance issues with contractors and provide technical maintenance insights and evaluations.

•To provide the Procurement Team with relevant information for ordering materials for maintenance of Instrumentation and Control Systems.

•To ensure that all safety procedures and policies are adhered to by the team.

•To coach and mentor direct reports to develop their skills and ensure continuous people development.

•To coordinate with other teams / departments within the company.
