About the Job:
We are seeking to hire FAMCO Egypt - After Sales Manager to provide industry-leading levels of aftermarket product support and customer satisfaction, whilst maximising profitability of Service and Parts operations. your job responsibilities will be including but not limited to:
* Development of aftersales business to achieve or exceed budget levels of sales and margin.
* Provide industry-leading levels of customer, product and technical support in the areas of Service & Parts country-wide operations.
* Establish and lead a regional aftermarket sales team dedicated to business development.
* Ensure correct levels of staffing and competence to deliver the required levels of customer and product support.
* Identification of, and recommendations for, network development within area of responsibility.
* Ensure Service & Workshop operations adhere to all Company and statutory processes, procedures and guidelines.
* Ensure Parts & Warehouse operations adhere to all Company and statutory processes, procedures and guidelines.
