• Develops new business in the southern region.

• Provides a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation.

• Achieves individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of customer relationships.

• Provides leadership, training and supervision.

• Delegates day to day operations to the branch personnel.

• Responsible for attaining established branch goals through active participation in sales management.

• Participates in the community agricultural affairs to increase the company’s visibility and to enhance new and existing business opportunities.

• Handles the cases of some customer complaints which have been escalated from the supervisors.

• Conducts daily sales and operation assessments and monitors every transaction

made in the business.

• Determines and develops the annual budget for the daily expenses of the

business branch.
