- Direct and control the workflow and resources of the company.
- Assist in recruiting and retaining high caliber personnel.
- Establish and maintain a good relationship with major customers, government agencies, local authorities, key decision makers and other stakeholders.
- Represent the company in negotiations with external agencies and other key contacts to secure the most appropriate contract terms.
- Enforce and direct policies and procedures pertinent to all aspects of human resource and personnel management.
- Carry out any required site visits and inspections to determine the entire aspects of planned works.
- Carry out feasibility studies for major and minor awarded projects.
- Advise on the purchase of plant and machinery.
- Review activity reports and financial statements periodically to determine progress and status in attaining and achieving corporate objectives.
