To work closely with Business Head in designing an effective Sales Action Plan with the objective of maximizing business in assigned district to ensure achievement of district sales targets/objectives.

* To ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets, as approved by corporate, by setting sales targets.

To participate in all account management activities to ensure re-occurring business and maximum ROI.
* Stakeholder Management
To build and manage relations with agents to ensure that they assist in promoting products.

To supervise direct reports activities to ensure that staff are delivering according to the sales targets of the established annual plan. Builds mutual understanding and agreement of objectives/strategies.
*People Management
To act as a role model to communicate BI values, as well as core technical and leadership competencies to direct reports.
