Junior Recruitment Consultant - Royal Group Companies Management- LLC

- Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes internally.

- Responsible for providing current recruitment knowledge and trends within the market.

- Suggests proper Medias for approaching the right caliber candidates.

- Follows up and coordinates with recruitment channels when necessary.

- Executes pre-screening face to face interviews for upper level posts & provides feedback to the Recruitment Manager.

- Proactive coordination with departments for interviews and candidates assessments.

- Submits weekly report/update on recruitment progress.

- Searches for candidates in both traditional & innovative ways ( Job ad posting, websites, universities career offices, Online recruitment websites …)

- Receives and screens applications forms and shortlists applicants.

- Elaborates job descriptions & Person Specifications & Follows up on any modification that may occur.

- Runs & Evaluates Selection processes including interviews, tests & job analysis.

- Schedules meetings and interviews

- Conducts reference checks for selected candidates.

- Ensures all vacancies are filled with the best fit candidates within the targeted time.
