Developing deep understanding of customer brands and strategies and market dynamics
Becoming regional expert for assigned categories, through analysis of customer products, growth rates, shares, new product introductions and competitive landscape
Ensuring category strategies are included in Account Development Plans and are executed against
Engaging with Sales and Technical to provide marketing support for customers
Developing relationships with selected target customers
Coordinating and executing customer visit marketing activities
Ensuring that customers know and understand capabilities
Building an on going pipeline of customer trend, capabilities and innovation presentations in alignment with global and regional strategic priorities and account plans
Tailoring the global marketing story to be locally relevant
Preparing promotional material for target customer visit
Ensuring that products, technology and concepts are translated to be relevant to the customers brands, local markets
Supporting the development of local product or brand concepts for assigned categories and presents to target customers
Engaging on customer briefs where appropriate
Partnering with Technical to deliver customer presentations on new technologies to local target customers
Supporting strategy formulation and implementation
Country and sub-regional planning: Formulation and implementation (market description, identification of opportunities, definition of action plan)
Accelerated Growth Opportunities: Identification of needs and opportunities, consolidate and prioritise, communicate to sub-regional head and segment
Innovation and commercialisation (IDDC process): Supporting define stage and lead commercialisation effort, ensuring local relevance of new products
