Tangent International is seeking an experienced PRE-CONTRACTING LAYOUT DESIGNER for our client a leading global provider of PET solutions for liquid packaging based in Dubai.

Main Purpose

The position will be integrated in the Pre-Contracting Layout Team, part of the Engineering Team of Market Operations (GME&A / ECA), in charge of the following Engineering activities for Complete Lines and/or Line Refurbishments:

Line layout engineering & CAD drawing, in accordance with customer specifications and available spaces;

Line dimensioning and accumulation calculation;

Choose appropriate conveying system to meet project specifications;

Design and economical quotation of a complete system of conveyors based on the drawn layout;

Consult “Our Client” and 3rd party equipment manufacturer in order to gather the required technical information of the equipment included in the layout;

Onsite measurements and attendance of meetings with the Customer (accompanied by the Complete Line Project manager);

Participate to kick-off meeting at the launch of projects

Monitoring invoice payment and collection from clients and producing reports will be required where necessary.

ACS Presales Consultant - Oracle

The Advanced Customer Services (ACS) practice is a unit within the Oracle’s Customer Service Organization that establishes long-term relationships with many of Oracle's largest customers through annuity-based service contracts.



SCOPE:



• Location: Dubai

• Reports to: MEA ACS Sales Leader

• Customer facing

• Has no direct reports, but leads the activities of virtual teams in support of customers

• Works with multiple customers across all sectors, in collaboration with Oracle Account teams

• Works with ACS Sales Representatives to:

- identify and cover all organisations (including existing Oracle customers)

- build and articulate compelling ACS service solutions that address identified customer needs

- ensure the risks and costs associated with each ACS service proposition are fully understood and addressed

- assisting the ACS Sales Teams in closing opportunities in a timely fashion

• May possibly work with appropriate Oracle Partners, i.e. resellers, SI's, ISV's, technology partners and alliances

• To sell Oracle Services Solutions alongside the account sales representative
